I had an awesome, very professional experience with Frank when we closed in 30 days on my 3BR/3BTH single-family residence in Greenville, SC. I was on a work contract in Greenville when Frank contacted me on my last day there to come and see the home he had found for me with ALL my specifications. I was so impressed I made a full-price offer on the spot before catching my flight home to South Florida. Frank took control of the deal, recommending a good lender, overseeing the inspection and appraisal, and keeping me informed frequently, which I appreciated since I was out of state. Frank facilitated the process seamlessly to closing within 30 days, as I had to take another work assignment in California just before closing. I closed on the Greenville, SC property successfully from across the country in CA with the help of Frank’s professional expertise. If we could give more stars to Frank for selling our house, we would. Our house had been on the market for six months. We dropped the price twice, and we still had not received any reasonable offers. So we switched to Frank as our listing agent. Immediately, he made easy, cost-effective recommendations that would make our house more attractive to buyers (e.g., better yard cleanup, updating our stovetop which was an inexpensive fix, etc.) On top of all of this, Frank was able to be our eyes while we were trying to sell our house from out-of-state (before switching to Frank, our house was looking pretty abandoned). He was over there every week, blowing off our driveway and making sure things looked nice before all showings. Long story short, with Frank's outstanding efforts, we had two offers within one month and closed within two months.
Frank is also an excellent communicator, which is a rare trait. He gives constant updates, honest advice, and is always available if you have a question or concern. Some folks out there will say real estate agents don't matter any more, that it's all about the price, the MLS, decent photos, etc. But we strongly disagree. Frank is the best.
