About Mandy
Mandy Mashburn is a licensed and awarded real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, C. Dan Joyner, Realtors. Born and raised in a real estate family here in Upstate South Carolina, Mandy is a lifelong proud Carolinian and is passionate about sharing her love of the Upstate with family, friends and clients. Mandy is a proud graduate of the College of Charleston and has career experience in banking, mortgage and commercial insurance with Fortune 500 companies. With over five years as a part of C. Dan Joyner Realtors, Mandy has been blessed by her clients and awarded Top Producer awards, Leading Edge Society, Presidents Circle awards as a demonstration of her commitment and passion.
When not spending quality time with clients, Mandy and her husband Richard split their time between Greenville and their “Happy Place” on Lake Hartwell. Nothing makes this Upstate girl happier than spending a great day at the lake with friends and family. Mandy’s favorite “title” is that of Gigi to her beautiful granddaughter Blake. Family time with her son Rick, his wife Meredith and Blake is true joy with all being here in the Upstate. When not at the lake you can catch up to Mandy enjoying walking the Swamp Rabbit trail, working out at the Y, or walking her puppies Lucy and Pepe around her neighborhood. It only takes a little time with Mandy to understand why she loves Upstate South Carolina and calls it home and you should too.
