About Martha

I am a native South Carolinian, living in Greenville for over 30 years. I have been selling residential real estate for C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS for over 20 years and was part of the original group of agents at the company’s Augusta Road office.

While the office primarily serves the Luxury Homes market, my experience in the Greenville, SC, area allows me to handle your needs whether you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Augusta Road, Parkins Mill, Downtown, or the Eastside and Golden Strip markets. I have experience working with home buyers and home sellers at all price points.

So whether you are a first time home buyer or an empty nester, I look forward to working with you to meet your housing needs.

I am the mother of twins, a son attending Texas Christian University and a daughter at Florida State University. Both children graduated from Christ Church Episcopal School, where I was an active volunteer. I am also a volunteer with the United Way of Greenville County and Christ Church Episcopal, where I have been a member since 1988.

Education: Belton-Honea Path High School – Graduate; Salem College, B.A. Economics-Management; Graduate, Realtor Institute – (GRI); Licensed in the State of South Carolina.
