About Roger
I experienced my first historic home remodel when being raised on a farm in Appomattox, VA. Professionally, I grew a 30-year career building businesses and IT startups; however, I repeated my historic home remodeling passion with my personal homes in NC, RI and VA. Two of these homes ended up as front-page features of local newspapers!
My passion for seeing the potential greatness in every home led me to reinvent myself when at a crossroads in my corporate career. As a result, I embraced my obsession to became a Realtor so that I could share this skillset and my business negotiation skills with potential home sellers and buyers. I believe that a person’s past makes them who they are today, so my business acumen (e.g., contracts, compliance, negotiation, communication) conveniently augments my skillset to ensure that every client seamlessly sells or acquires the perfect home, farm or waterfront property to fit their lifestyle.
I initially came to Greenville SC to help a cousin launch and run a business. I have lived in many east coast cities and, without hesitation, Greenville is my favorite city. The town is manageable with a friendly culture and its beautiful river makes it easily walkable. Though still quaint, its top-flight restaurants, roof-top bars, live music and international businesses make it a desirable location. With easy proximity to Atlanta, Ashville, Charlotte and Charleston it is recognized as the #1 friendliest town and Top 10 places to live in America.
When not searching for the perfect home for my clients, you may find me giving back to the community, on a sailboat or at a baseball game with family and friends.
